PAYMENT POLICY


• We accept all major credit & debit cards issued globally.
• The cardholder must be one of the passengers for online payments.
• Please note fares are guaranteed only upon ticketing and not upon submission of payment.
• If there is an issue with your payments, we will notify you within 24 hours.
• Please note all hotel, car rental and tour bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the e-mail you provided with your reservation. In some cases, a prepayment may be required to receive confirmation.
• We accept third party payments but will require additional information in order to proceed with your booking.
• If the credit/debit card does not belong to the traveller, it is considered a third-party payment. You will be required to send the following details to booking@faretickets.co.uk when requested.
• Credit/debit card authorisation form to be filled by the cardholder (Scan copy). Click here to download the form.
• Coloured scan copy (both sides) of the credit/debit card used for the booking.
• Colored scan copy of the card holders passport or driving license.
